HOW DO WE BEGIN?

Fill out the contact form here so that we can start chatting about your project! I'll send you more information about my pricing and process, we’ll then hop on a brand discovery call! I'll ask you a fewquestions about what you’re looking for and you'll also have thechance to ask me any additional questions you might have, too, so that we can both make sure we're a great fit for each other. If you decide to move forward, I will send you a contract and invoice. A non-refundable 34% deposit is required to hold your spot in my schedule. I work with clients on a first-come, first-serve basis in order to keep aconsistent schedule and to ensure enough time for each project. If you need a different payment schedule, just ask and we can try to work something out!


WHAT IS THE TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIME FOR PROJECTS?

Turnaround time varies depending on the project, as well as the client response time. In order to stay on track, I send over a project timeline with the contract so you know when we'll be wrapped up with your branding. Typically, Brighten Made's branding package takes around 5-6 weeks from start to completion. We frequently book out a month or more in advanced, so if you're on a tight deadline let me know and I'll see what I can do!


What's included in your branding package?

I go all out when it comes to branding! Once it's all finalized, you'll walk away with a 1 primary logo, 2-3 secondary logos, and 1-2 submarks as well as color palette, typography styling, branding elements such as a pattern, illustration or texture, and a branding guide.


Can you design just a website?

We only offer web design for clients who have gone through the Brighten Made branding process because we've found that it makes their website so much stronger when a solid brand is set in place. Most of our clients' sites have been built through Squarespace - an easy and affordable solution for small business owners.

DO YOU OFFER web design on plaforms other than Squarespace?

Yes! Depending on if your have a blog or an e-commerce shop, we'll use the platform that makes most sense for your business and your future goals. Most of our blogs are created through Showit with Wordpress blog hosting and our e-commerce shops are most often created on Shopify.

Can I edit my design files?

If you’re purchasing a design “template” from me for future use, you will also be purchasing the rights to using the design. Anything else that you would like to be able to edit, please let me know as that does effect the cost!
