  • Yes! A non-refundable 34% deposit is required to hold your spot on our calendar. The remaining two payments are broken up over a period of a few months, so you can confidently invest in your business with ease. If you need a different payment plan, just ask!

  • The branding process takes about six weeks, and the branding + web process takes about 10-12 weeks. That’s why we’re often booked out months in advance, giving each client the attention and creative energy they deserve! Trust us — it’s definitely worth the wait.

  • We don’t believe “just a logo” can tell your brand’s full story, or set you up for success for years to come. That’s why we specialize in a full brand identity. Yes, it’s one of the biggest investments you’ll make in yourself. But it’s worth it x10 to have your heart, vision, and mission perfectly represented — just ask our clients!

  • Everything in the branding package, plus a custom branded site, so you can confidently move forward in your business. We design most service-based business websites via Squarespace, a super user-friendly platform that makes updating your site afterward a breeze.

  • Ooh, that’s a great one! Your primary logo is what you’ll use most often to represent what you offer the world. You’ll probably display it in the header section of your website, and even on packaging collateral or business cards. On the other hand, your secondary logos are flexible and adaptable variations of your primary logo, which you can use as your profile photo on social media, in your website’s footer section, and so much more.

    Curious about brand marks versus brand patterns? Your brand mark represents your brand in its most simplified form (think your website’s favicon!). But your brand patterns serve as assets that make your brand stand out on social media, your website, and collateral.

  • We only offer web design to our branding clients who have gone through the Brighten Made branding experience. Why? Because it makes your website so much stronger when you have a solid brand identity in place! We work best when we’re able to begin by building the foundation for your website first, which means a fully custom and cohesive brand identity. No cutting corners around here!

  • Here at Brighten Made, we believe we make the most impact on your business by creating a completely custom brand identity from the ground up. Oftentimes, when past elements are combined with new, you get a pieced-together look, which doesn’t speak to your ideal customers. Give us total creative freedom with your brand, and we’ll create serious magic, together!

  • In addition to the branding + web experience we deliver, we recommend working with our on-staff copywriter to create compelling copy that incorporates the proper keywords to level-up your SEO. Additionally, we’ll implement basic SEO strategies for your web design. If you need further support beyond best practices, partnering with a company that specializes in SEO is the way to go.

  • In the final files we deliver to you at the end of our project, you’ll find a detailed brand guidelines PDF. We’ll outline the fonts to use with your branding, along with links on where you can purchase and/or download them (desktop version - .otf file, web version - .woff file).   • A majority of our communication will take place through email, digital forms, and recorded screen-shares! We’re BIG fans of screen-recordings because it allows us and our clients to chat through our thoughts while pointing out specific items within the design. It also allows us to replay it as many times as needed, ensuring nothing gets missed. In addition, there will be a few opportunities to have a phone call if you want to chat through any strategy pieces, overarching design direction, and any process questions!

  • Bri leads every single project — from beginning to end. To give you the full creative experience you deserve, she has the support of a project manager who assists with emails and other behind-the-scenes studio needs, plus highly-skilled designers who work alongside her to support smaller projects, like collateral.
